Any homeowner can nominate themselves for the board.
The annual meeting is in November every year.

Board of Director's Responsibilities:

• Approval of architectural requests
• Oversee finances by the management company
• Set the annual budget
• Approve Community Association dues increases
• Assist management in resolving homeowner’s issues
• Perform 2 walkthroughs per year of the neighborhood to ensure residents are in compliance with Community Association covenants.
