The Board of Directors is elected annually and serves for 1 year.
Any homeowner can nominate themselves for the board.
The annual meeting is in November every year.

Board of Director's Responsibilities:
- Approval of architectural requests
- Oversee finances by the management company
- Set the annual budget
- Approve Community Association dues increases
- Assist management in resolving homeowner’s issues
- Perform 2 walkthroughs per year of the neighborhood to ensure residents are in compliance with Community Association covenants.
