Any homeowner can nominate themselves for the board.
The annual meeting is in November every year.

Board of Director's Responsibilities:

Approval of architectural requests
Oversee finances by the management company
Set the annual budget
Approve Community Association dues increases
Assist management in resolving homeowner’s issues
Perform 2 walkthroughs per year of the neighborhood to ensure residents are in compliance with Community Association covenants.
